This marketing site

The pages you are reading are a brochure. They do not ask you to create an account. The newsletter box stores an email address in your browser’s local storage and does not transmit it to Squigl. Clear it with the remove button, or clear site data in your browser.

Sculpture previews

The 3D viewer loads a model file from this website when the sculpture card is near the screen. That request is a normal page asset. It is not an account and it is not a purchase.

Shopify

Orders, payment, and the email address you type at checkout are handled by Shopify under Shopify’s own privacy notice. Squigl receives the order details Shopify shares with the merchant: contact details, what you bought, and where it should ship. We use that to fulfil the order, handle returns, and answer you.

POPIA

For people in South Africa, the Protection of Personal Information Act applies to personal information we process. You can ask us what we hold, ask for a correction, or object to processing that is not required to fulfil an order. Email squiglco@squigl.co.za. You can also contact the Information Regulator.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set analytics cookies and does not embed a third-party tracker. If you add analytics, a chat widget, or advertising later, update this page before you switch them on.

How long we keep order information

Keep checkout records for retention period, for example the period your accountant requires, then delete or anonymise what you no longer need. The browser-only newsletter address never reaches us, so we cannot delete it for you.

Children

Squigl does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
