Rules for using squigl.co.za. Buying something is a separate step on Shopify, and that checkout is what forms the order.
The site and the store
These pages introduce Squigl. They are not the checkout. When you buy, you order from registered business name through Shopify. The product title, price, and shipping options shown at checkout are the ones that count.
Placeholder content
Collection cards, product slots, sculpture models, and prices marked as placeholders are layout samples. They are not an offer to sell those objects.
Sculptures and files
A sculpture order is for a printed object, not for the GLB file, unless the Shopify listing says you also receive the file. You may not copy the preview models or product designs except as needed to look at this website.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break it, scrape it in a way that degrades it, or upload anything to us that you do not have the right to share. The newsletter field is not a way to send us a message. Email squiglco@squigl.co.za instead.
Liability
To the extent the law of South Africa allows, Squigl is not liable for loss caused by using this marketing site. That limit does not try to exclude rights you cannot waive, including rights under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies. Have a lawyer read this paragraph before you rely on it.
