Shipping
How orders leave South Africa and reach customers elsewhere. Rates on this page are not real yet — Shopify checkout is where they will be calculated.
Who this covers
Squigl is based in South Africa and intends to ship worldwide. The seller on the order is registered business name. This marketing site does not take payment.
Two kinds of orders
- Dropshipped products, sent by the supplier we choose for that item.
- Sculptures, printed on demand after you order from a GLB design we upload. They are made to order.
If a checkout mixes both, they may ship separately. Say so in the product listing once the catalogue is real.
Handling time
Dropshipped items: number of business days before handoff to the carrier. Printed sculptures: number of business days to print, then handoff. These blanks are not a promise.
Rates and delivery estimates
Shipping options, prices, and estimates are shown in Shopify checkout in the currency configured for the shop. Do not rely on any number written on this website until you put it there on purpose.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Orders leaving South Africa can attract import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees in the destination country. Unless checkout says Squigl collects them, the customer pays the destination charges.
Tracking
When a carrier gives us a tracking number, Shopify sends it to the email on the order. If a tracking event looks stuck, write to squiglco@squigl.co.za with the order number.
Problems in transit
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email squiglco@squigl.co.za within number of days of the expected delivery date. Include the order number and, for damage, photos of the packaging and the item.
